4ce64d2841 Fix detecting addons from zip file 
Also set the default to `collectOutput` where it would parse the
output of an addon.

7fdd78ad06 Experiment with addons 
Addons allow to execute external programs in some context inside
docspell. Currently it is possible to run them after processing files.
Addons are provided by URLs to zip files.
