### REST Api Changes
*Note there are breaking changes in the REST Api*
- previous `search` and `searchWithTags` has been renamed to
`searchForm` and `searchFormWithTags`, respectively
- same with `searchStats`, it has been renamed to `searchFormStats`
- The new `search` route can be used with `GET` and `POST` requests
and accepts now a search query and also a flag for whether returning
details or not (there are no separate endpoints anymore)
- The new `searchStats` accepts a query
- The `ItemQuery` data structure is now only a query string, without
`limit` and `offset`
- `Organization` and `Person` have an additional `use` attribute
### Configuration Changes
