Question

Write docs/1.0-beta-readiness.md from the locked Decisions so far on 1.0 beta release readiness, following the skeleton from Readiness markdown structure: Goal → Non-goals → polish / eng / packaging bars (must-line + why) → Acceptance (happy path + all musts). Known-issues inventory lives in the polish bar. Planning artifact only — do not implement polish, CI, or packaging.

Resolution

Wrote the map destination artifact:

docs/1.0-beta-readiness.md — Goal → Non-goals → polish (with Document-band Known issues) → eng (CI / tests / architecture / README) → packaging (identity, beta/* channel, signing, docs/install.md) → Acceptance (happy path + all musts).

Assembled from locked Decisions so far on 1.0 beta release readiness. Does not implement polish/CI/packaging. Linux desktop left unasserted pending Linux desktop release target for beta. Shipped-prose rule: no “friend” wording in install/privacy/README criteria.
